WHO WE ARE

Ngarrindjeri Lands and Progress Aboriginal Corporation (NLPAC)

At NLPAC, our Working on Country program is designed to give Ngarrindjeri people opportunities to access training and qualifications that strengthen their ability to fulfill cultural obligations of caring for Country.

From the Coorong to the lakes, our work honours the deep cultural connections of the Ngarrindjeri Nation, ensuring that our lands, waters, and wildlife are protected for generations to come.

Together, we combine cultural knowledge with practical skills, empowering our people to lead in environmental management, land restoration, and community development.

Acknowledgment of Country

We would like to acknowledge that this land we work on is on the traditional lands of the Ngarrindjeri Nation, and we pay our respects to their elders past and present.

We also respect the devotion of caring for the country by both past and present Ngarrindjeri people.
