Horizon Scanning Yarning session

Horizon Scanning Yarning Circle Ngarrindjeri Community 

Horizon Scanning is about forward thinking and planning for the future of land and water with First Nations values, concerns, and opportunities at the center. It’s a different kind of conversation, moving beyond observing and recording, and into sharing what matters most: values, worries, hopes, and possibilities.

All Ngarrindjeri community are invited to join the Yarning Circle on the 20th November.

Rangers Polo Shirt Design 
workshop with Harley Hall

Recently, our dedicated rangers attended an engaging workshop with Harley Hall to collaborate on designing a new polo shirt for casual events. This initiative aims to create a stylish yet functional uniform that reflects the spirit of our team while ensuring comfort during various activities. The rangers shared their ideas and preferences, making this a truly collaborative effort - Thanks Harley!

Rangers attend a Thukubi workshopMurraylands & Riverland Landsccape Board

The rangers participated in an informative workshop in Murray Bridge focused on developing a Turtle Management Plan. This initiative to enhance the conservation efforts for local turtle populations and their habitats. Through collaboration and shared knowledge, the rangers are committed to implementing effective strategies that will ensure survival of these important species in the region. The workshop provided valuable insights and fostered community engagement in turtle conservation efforts.
